各设区市人事局，各有关单位：
由北美洲中国学人国际交流中心主办的“第八届北美中国留学人员高科技项目暨人才交流大会”将于2009年5月中旬在美国华盛顿举行。为贯彻落实省委、省政府《贯彻落实〈中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强人才工作的决定〉的实施意见》、《关于引进高层次人才和青年专业人才的若干规定》和《关于加快留学人员创业园建设与发展的实施意见》精神，积极吸引高层次海外留学人员来闽创业和为闽服务，促进人才与高科技项目成果的有效对接，我厅决定征集参加“第八届北美中国留学人员高科技项目暨人才交流大会”有关需求。现将具体事项通知如下：
一、征集对象
各级政府、省直（中直）单位人事部门，高校、科研院所和留学人员创业园，各支柱产业、重点行业、重点工程项目中有相当规模和实力的知名企业，有留学人才需求和项目合作计划的企事业单位。
二、征集内容
第八届北美中国留学人员高科技项目暨人才交流大会的主要内容包括人才交流和高科技项目交流，交流领域涉及生物工程、医疗医药、金融与保险、软件开发、电子信息、机电一体化、环境保护、新材料、新能源、通讯、传统产业技术改造、法律与教育等。
征集内容主要为以上交流领域的人才需求、项目合作需求、技术难题需求。
三、其他事项
1、请各有关单位抓紧征集填报人才需求、项目合作和技术难题情况，并务必于2009年1月15日前将人才需求征集表、项目合作征集表、技术难题征集表及拟参会人员名单报送福建省留学回国人员工作站（地址：福州市东大路36号福建人才大厦6楼，邮编350001，E-mail：fscrs@fjlx.net， 电话：0591-87677810，传真：0591-87677833）。
2、我厅将根据征集需求的实际情况决定参会事宜，具体事项另行通知。
