5月9日，沈阳市浑南新区在沈阳科学宫举行了一次大型专场招聘会，当天虽然大雨滂沱，求职者仍然冒雨前来求职。记者从招聘会现场的火热气氛中，看到了一些“冷”信息，一些工资高、待遇好的岗位无人问津，因为这些岗位需要的是具有高学历、高工作能力的高端人才，而低端人才却明显地出现过剩迹象。
本次招聘会是浑南新区举办的，260余家不同类型企业向社会、高校提供了4000余个工作岗位，为不同年龄、不同学历，特别是应届大学生提供了求职平台，因而吸引了大批求职者，当天虽然正值大雨天，但仍挡不住人们的求职脚步。一些信誉好、知名度高的企业最受求职者追捧。但在招聘技术创新能力强或市场开拓能力强的高端人才岗位上，却难有问津者甚至无人问津。在一家省级科技开发公司的招聘位前，一名招聘人员茕茕孑立，不见一名应聘者。记者看到这家公司招聘的副总经理职位年薪高达20万元。招聘者告诉记者，自年初以来，她已参加了10场人才招聘会，但一直没有招到合适人选，此次也只有一人填写了应聘这个职位的应聘材料。而在国际知名的装备制造企业的招聘位前，一个项目经理的职位标出的年工资为20万元至60万元，却无人问津，而其他的低端人才岗位有数百个，却很容易就招到人了。
在现场看到，为帮助应届大学生和职高毕业生就业，浑南新区作出了很多努力，出台优惠政策鼓励企业吸收应届大学生就业或见习，但仍显示出过剩的迹象。给人以信心的是，浑南新区人才中心的有关人士表示，针对区内就业困难毕业生，政府还将开展“兜底安置就业”援助工程，通过技能培训、人才推荐等活动，确保他们顺利就业。
