“沃尔玛的离职员工‘黑名单’是和家乐福、麦德龙、乐购等共享的，不要让我们将你们的名单加到‘黑名单’里，这对你们离职后（再找工作）无疑将是巨大的打击。”——这是一位自称是沃尔玛人力资源经理的网友“HRM”近期在网上的发帖。
尽管沃尔玛否认有“黑名单”这回事，但该事件依然把其迅速推到了舆论的风口浪尖。
“因为和旧东家闹了点不愉快，没想到就上了‘黑名单’。”原本在某知名连锁酒店工作的王先生告诉《中国产经新闻》记者，圈子就这么大，上了“黑名单”其实就意味着必须换行业。
“假如一些曾经在重要岗位工作过的员工上了老东家无形的‘黑名单’，对我们新东家是否会录用确实有很大影响。”一家知名连锁卖场企业人力资源部负责人也向《中国产经新闻》记者透露，零售企业对员工，尤其是重要中高层人员的信息了解特别谨慎，但从企业角度来说，对所有应聘者都做客观详细了解的成本太高，因此只好进行有选择的了解。“比如你说之前曾在沃尔玛任职，跟企业价值观不同主动离职，新公司的人力资源部会发函、文件或电话咨询沃尔玛人力资源部，核实求职信上所有信息。”
山东法报律师事务所李庆海律师在接受《中国产经新闻》记者采访时表示，所谓“黑名单”在一些特殊行业内的确会存在。“比如金融行业，他们因为行业的特殊性，会将一些因个人过错或个人道德品质存在问题而对企业造成了一定损失，被企业依法开除了的一些员工名单列入所谓的‘黑名单’供同行引以为戒。”
“依照法律规定，劳动者享有自由择业的权利。”李庆海同时指出，企业只有对一些特殊员工可以采取竞业限制，如一些高级管理人员，他们可能知道很多企业的商业机密，企业为了保证商业机密不被泄露，可以与这些人签订竞业限制约定，并支付竞业限制经济补偿。只有在这种情况下，企业才可以限制这些特殊员工在离职后的择业情况。
中华全国总工会中国劳动关系学院教授崔生祥则认为，这样的入职调查对一些一线员工其实是有失客观和公平的，他在接受《中国产经新闻》记者采访时称，这种“黑名单”的存在本身是不合理的，首先一个问题就是，对黑名单上所列出的错误的认定是采用什么样的标准。而且，被登入黑名单的员工以后将无法在类似的企业获得工作，这对企业来说也未必是什么好事，因为“这种行为本身会影响对企业诚信的评价，进而影响企业的声誉和社会形象。”
新浪11085人参加的最新调查亦显示，76.6%的参与者认为近期“黑名单”传言事件会损害沃尔玛和家乐福品牌形象，16.5%的参与者认为不会损害，另有6.9%的人则认为不好说。
“假如一个员工的确有道德人品或职业操守和专业度方面的问题，业内有些交流可以理解，但太过分或者不理性的‘黑名单’做法，结果只能是损害企业本身的品牌形象。”上海交通大学东方管理研究中心咨询主任颜世富如是说。
