常年的“技工荒”是许多福建企业发展的瓶颈，福建省近日启动实施２００９—２０１２年产业技工培养计划，破解这一难题。
据福建省劳动和社会保障厅介绍，该计划的重点是打造产业技工培养基地品牌，满足区域经济发展需求，从２００９年起至２０１２年，福建省将每年安排专项公共实训经费，培养技术工人。
据介绍，培训计划将主要依托骨干院校和有条件的社会培训机构，以及部分龙头企业，通过加大实训设备投入，建设一批能够为福建省重点产业、龙头企业提供产业技工需求，集教学、培训、职业技能鉴定和技术服务为一体，资源共享的产业技术工人公共培训基地。
技工培养计划的主要项目为机械制造业的机械加工类、数控机械类、机电类、电工电子类、模具类、汽车维修类专业，信息产业，现代服务业等，旨在引导技工培养方向，破解“技工荒”。
