观点：“对于一家企业而言，人才是获得营销实效的最大保障。当整体市场环境不好的时候，并不意味着市场上就没有机会，只要看准机会，就可以在市场不景气的寒冬练兵，培养好人才梯队，这样等市场景气的春天时就更有打好仗的把握。”
羊城晚报：听说竞宇按揭这几个月取得了很好的营业业绩，而业绩的增长速度也比同行的平均水平要高，您认为，能够取得这样的好业绩，有哪些主要原因？
鄢红胜（以下简称“鄢”）：不错，今年过年以后。竞宇按揭的房地产按揭业务额就大幅度上升，基本可以和2007年9、10、11三个房地产交易最高峰的月份持平。能够取得这样的业绩，主要是由于我们看准了市场的机会。我们在去年年底就已经预料到今年过年后房地产的交易将会有所回升。所以当大家都在裁员的时候，我们反倒在招兵买马、培养人才，等市场好转的时候，我们就有更大的优势了。
羊城晚报：选择逆势而动扩张于营销上有什么好处？
鄢：逆势扩张的好处不少，特别是在获得人才方面。对于一家企业而言，人才是获得营销实效的最大保障。由于不少企业都大裁员，很多优秀的人才都没有用武之地，这时候进行招聘，企业的选择会多很多。
当然，逆势扩张并不是盲目的，必须要看准机会。当整体市场环境不好的时候，并不意味着市场上就没有机会，只要看准机会，市场不景气的寒冬可以是春天到来前的预兆，可以选择在这个时候练兵，培养好人才梯队，这样等市场景气的春天时就更有打好仗的把握。
羊城晚报：那你们在用人时有何心得？
鄢：我们认为人的素质和纪律比经验更重要，因为经验可以通过培训得到，人的素质则难以改变。在这次新招聘的三十多个人当中，基本上都以应届大学生和退伍军人为主。我们认为，这类型的人没有沾染太多社会上的不良习性，容易有良好的工作态度和团结的合作精神。文/图记者梁栋贤
