“我有两位师兄今年要毕业，一位已经找到工作，现在正专心致志写论文；另一位师兄因为还没有落实工作单位，压力很大，现在他一边要奔波于招聘会，一边要赶写论文。两个人的精神面貌相差很远，前者神采奕奕，后者没精打采。”记者日前在天河区某高校采访，一位物理专业的研究生讲述了他的两位同门师兄找工遇到的问题。据了解，44场大学生招聘会现在只剩下最后4场，随着现场招聘会进入尾声，不少毕业生也面露疲惫，有的干脆藏身宿舍闭门不出，甚至一小部分学生出现“自闭”现象，心理专家将这些心理问题统称为“就业综合征”。
疲惫：对招聘会没有了激情
“今天全班就只有我一个人来。本来还极力怂恿同学们一起来招聘会，但她们就是不肯。”在近日暨南大学举行的春季招聘会上，来自华农的小淳为此有点郁闷。常理说，越临近毕业，没有找到工作的同学就越往招聘会里跑，但现在一切都变了，不管工作落实与否，反正不想再去跑招聘会了。
据了解，不跑招聘会的原因，一是从去年11月至今跑了很多场了，一想起招聘会就是排队，一天下来脚都发软；二是招聘会效率低，投了一天简历有时连个面试机会都没有，慢慢对招聘会就没有了激情。广外一位毕业生小苏认为，“出来参加招聘会也只求个心安理得。一直待在宿舍，这样显得自己不努力，对不起自己。”
自闭：做“宅一族”网投简历
而选择待在宿舍的毕业生还真的不少。国际经济与贸易专业的小林自3月份从家乡回到广州，到南方人才市场跑了两三场招聘会后，觉得“太累了，机会又不大”。所以，她开始拼命在网上投简历。每天早上八九时起床后，她就打开几大求职网，填写个人简历、浏览招聘信息，然后就投简历。“海投”量之大，以至后来她每次接到面试通知的电话，都不知道究竟是哪一家单位、是什么岗位。到了午、晚餐时间，她也懒得到饭堂吃饭，就在宿舍里泡方便面或靠面包解决三餐。
抑郁：交流少了“挺寂寞的”
“现在室友之间的交流变少了。”在暨南大学举行的文职类专场招聘会上，来自西安的黄同学认为，在找工阶段，人与人之间的关系是会发生微妙变化的。“有些人会不愿意分享一些招聘信息、求职经验等。特别是还未找到工作的人，在面对已经找到工作的同学时，他们内心承受了更大的压力。所以，有时也就会出现一点‘私心’，不愿分享找工的经验。”交流少了，聚会也就少了，来自华农的蔡同学表示，与室友们共同外出唱K或逛街的频率也少了。她甚至觉得，交流的减少使得同学之间变得有些生疏了。“主要是当前的就业压力让大家没有更多的心思去聚会、交谈。”蔡同学认为，这种现象是可以理解的。“有些同学经过一段时间的实习后，讲话、处事方式有所改变，让大家有些不适应。比如说，做文员工作的同学，做起事来会更干练，生活更有节奏了。”
山东大学的Fiona在一个月前来到深圳找工作。宿舍6个人，4个读研，1个因病休学，实际上只剩下她一个人在找工作。“压力好大啊。”她叹了一口气。来到广东，远离学校、远离家乡，身边少了同龄人可以交流，有时，她也觉得“挺寂寞的”。
减压：“自主减压三部曲”
“嗨，你今天减压了吗？”近日，中山大学兴起一股减压热，中大心理学系的学生志愿者引导同学们用“一个信封，一句话语，一片口香糖”的简单方法来舒缓日常的小压力。他们把这种行动称为“自主减压”。“一个信封”，是给压力一个出口，鼓励同学们不记名地把心底的烦恼写在信封上；“一句话语”，个人的压力大家一起来分担，同学们把建议和关心写在纸条上塞进相应的信封里；“一片口香糖”，科学研究发现压力是可以“嚼不见”的，有时候事情就是这么简单，由此鼓励同学们以灵活的方法和积极的心态解决压力。
记者观察
由于就业压力而带来的“就业综合征”，其实每届毕业生都有，只是今年略微明显一些。对此，我们不能无限放大，也不能忽略轻视。正视“就业综合征”就要采用各种方法去排除它。心理学家建议，出现焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪时，应进行适当宣泄，甚至可以大哭一场，以缓解紧张的情绪。另外，可参加一些大运动量的户外活动，如打球、爬山等来宣泄不良情绪。如果这种焦虑、抑郁情绪长时间无法解除，就要到心理门诊就诊。
再看看学生自己的排解方法吧。中山大学的陈淼彬同学说，班里六七成同学都已经找到工作了，只有他还奔波在招聘会上。虽然他觉得“压力很大”，但心态还是比较乐观的。“有时听到同学找到一份不错的工作，还会起哄让他请客，也趁机向他‘偷师’，看是否能学习到一些求职的窍门。”而广东金融学院的一名男生则称，偶尔会组织尚未找到工作的同学一起去唱K，发泄一番。
