2009年第一季度人才市场供求信息发布的范围包括：全省9个设区市、部分县（市、区）政府人事部门所属人才中介机构、中国海峡人才市场及部分行业、民营人才中介机构共计24个单位，具有较广泛的覆盖面与代表性。
一、总体情况
1、第一季度全省人才市场登记求职者511943人，登记招聘职位325141个，人才与职位供求比为1.57:1。
2、招聘职位数量排名前10位的专业是市场营销、计算机与应用类、财会类、机械与仪器仪表类、证券、建筑工程、保险、信息与电子类、行政业务、旅游与饭店管理。招聘职位数量排名前10位的专业占招聘职位总数的58.1%。在招聘职位所需求的学历层次方面，按需求量大小，依次为中职(高中)以下（53.4%）、大专（32.8%）、本科（13.4%）、研究生（0.4%）。
3、求职者数量排名前10位的专业是计算机与应用类、机械与仪器仪表类、财会类、建筑工程、信息与电子类、市场营销、行政业务、企业管理、经济类、翻译。求职者数量排名前10位的专业占求职者总数的54.4%。在求职者学历层次方面，按求职人数多少，依次为大专（41.9%）、中职（高中）以下（28.9%）、本科（28.1%）、研究生（1.1%）。
二、统计情况分析
第一季度我省人才市场供求情况呈现以下特点：
1、第一季度的人才供求总量与上季度（2008年第四季度，下同）相比，均有所上升。其中人才需求总量上升了7.9%，人才供给总量则剧增了25.6%。本季度供求比为1.57∶1，供求矛盾较上季度加剧。总体上看，人才市场仍是呈现出供大于求的态势，结构性供求矛盾依然较为突出。
2、从招聘职位所需求的专业方面看，本季度市场营销、计算机与应用类、财会类、机械与仪器仪表类、证券、建筑工程、保险、信息与电子类、行政业务、旅游与饭店管理人才需求较为旺盛。市场营销仍然稳居榜首，其人才需求量占需求总量的19.6%，比重较上季度上涨了3.1%，需求量较上季度增加了26.9%。与上季度相比，需求排名前10位专业中，文秘和企业管理退出了前10名的排行榜；而需求大幅上涨的证券和行政业务则代之上榜，其涨幅分别为405.7%和64.8%，跃居本季度需求排行榜的第5位和第9位。本季度对证券类人才的需求主要来源于福州和厦门地区。保险行业人才需求近两个季度来持续下降，本季度较上季度又下降了26.8%，但市场对该类人才仍有较大需求，尤其是福州地区的保险市场，本季度需求比重占了该类人才总需求的83.6%，且许多保险公司对该类人才处于长期招聘状态。旅游与饭店管理人才需求量也较上季度下滑了18.1%，跌至排行榜第10位，本季度省内对该类人才的需求高度集中于福州地区，福州地区的需求比重高达94%。此外，与上季度相比，市场对计算机与应用类人才的需求回暖，较上季度上涨了42.7%。
从招聘职位所需求的学历层次看，要求大专以上学历的占总需求的46.6%，相对于上季度，用人单位对本科以上学历层次的需求量有所增加。其中，用人单位对财会类人才的学历要求日益提高，本季度要求本科以上学历的需求占该类人才总需求量的12.3%；市场对计算机与应用类人才的学历要求也一直居高不下，本季度要求本科以上学历的需求占了该类人才总需求量的24.3%。市场对证券、保险、旅游与饭店管理等从业人员的学历要求相对放宽。
3、从求职者的专业看，计算机与应用类、机械与仪器仪表类、财会类、建筑工程、信息与电子类、市场营销、行政业务、企业管理、经济类、翻译是本季度的求职热点，人气较旺,求职专业分布变化不大，求职排行榜前10名的求职者占了求职总数的54.4%，其集中度较上季度略低。与上季度相比，求职排名前10名专业中，除市场营销、行政业务和企业管理的求职人气分别下降了30.1%、3.7%和19.4%外，其余7个专业均呈不同幅度上涨，尤其是翻译和机械与仪器仪表类，其涨幅分别达41.4%和27.7%。此外，信息与电子类、建筑工程、经济类求职人气的涨幅均超过了10%。
从求职者的学历层次看，本季度求职人员学历层次依然呈橄榄型分布，拥有本科及研究生学历的求职者比重占求职总数的29.2%，较上季度下降了11.1%；拥有中职(高中)以下学历的求职者比重较上季度下降了近5%；拥有大专学历的求职者比重则大为增加，较上季度上升了15.4%。
4、从专业供求对比看，在供求比排位前10名的专业中，市场营销、计算机与应用类、财会类、机械与仪器仪表类、信息与电子类、建筑工程、行政业务7个专业同时出现。在供求比排位前10名专业中，供过于求的专业有机械与仪器仪表类、计算机与应用类、财会类、信息与电子类、经济类、建筑工程、企业管理、行政业务、翻译，其中翻译、经济类和建筑工程的供求矛盾较大，其供求比分别为10.5∶1、4.2∶1和3.2∶1；而与上季度相比，计算机与应用类、财会类、机械与仪器仪表类、行政业务供过于求的矛盾相对有所缓和，信息与电子类、企业管理供过于求的矛盾则有所加剧。供不应求的专业有市场营销、证券、保险、旅游与饭店管理，其供求比分别为1∶2.6、1∶8.8、1∶3.6、1∶5.2。与上季度相比，这四个专业供不应求的矛盾更为突出。本季度人才需求主要集中在福州和厦门，其需求比重分别为62.7%和31.1%。本季度求职人气最旺的是福州，达59.4%；厦门次之，占34.8%。
